Because our cacao and other plant-based items are perishable and crafted with care, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s another issue with an unopened item, we’re more than happy to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at connect@tmcacao.com. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and any relevant photos if needed. Our friendly support team will guide you through the next steps and do our best to resolve things smoothly.

Please check your order upon arrival. If you’ve received the wrong item or something has arrived damaged, email us straight away at connect@tmcacao.com with your order details and photos if possible. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened packages, sale items, or gift cards. If your item is unopened and within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a return or exchange — just reach out to our team.
Want to swap your item? The best way is to return the product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is confirmed.
Please note: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for exchanges.
