Approx. 320 kcal per serving: With 10 g total fat (3 g saturated), 55 g carbohydrates (33 g natural sugars), 6 g protein, and 9 g fiber. Contains ~60 mg sodium, ~1100 mg potassium, ~250 mg calcium, ~3 mg iron, ~100 mg magnesium, and ~15 mg vitamin C.
Add all ingredients to a blender or Nutri-Bullet.
Blend for approximately 20 seconds until smooth and creamy.
Pour into your glass.
Shave a small amount of ceremonial cacao over the top for extra texture.

To melt cacao, place it in a pot and gently pour over boiling water. Stir continuously over low heat until melted. Never leave cacao unattended while heating.
If the cacao begins to steam, it is already hot enough. Avoid raising the temperature above 87°C, as higher heat can reduce some of cacao’s medicinal qualities.
